POTTERY CLASSES IN TORONTO
These 10-week lessons are perfect for beginner and advanced potters alike to learn and explore in a small-group setting. Classes are limited to four students to allow for plenty of one-on-one instruction from our experienced pottery teachers. Lessons focus on throwing on the pottery wheel as well as sculpture and hand-building.

Class size: Four students maximum.

Cost: $525.00 This includes clay, glazes, firing, and taxes.

Scheduling: Classes are held once a week for 10 weeks. We offer both day and evening classes. Winter sessions begin the first week of January, spring sessions begin in early April, summer sessions begin in late June, and fall sessions begin the last week of September.

Signing up: Those interested in registering for a session are advised to sign up for the lesson mailing list at the bottom of this page. Registration information will be sent out prior to each session.

In-class projects: Students may work on projects of their choosing or allow the instructors to offer projects suitable to the student’s level of ability.

Finished Pieces: Students will make, decorate and glaze their pieces which will be available for pick up 5-7 weeks after the last class. The pieces produced in the classes are oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.

Missing classes: There are no guaranteed make up classes. We do, however, have a make-up class list that allows students to trade classes with one another on a case-by-case basis.
