The Pottery offers either pick-up at our Toronto location or delivery to anywhere in Canada. Simply choose the option that works best for you at checkout.
Shipping within Canada will follow Canada Post’s pricing format and will include insurance wherever possible. The cheapest rates will always apply, so if delivery time is a concern for you and you wish to upgrade to faster service, please contact The Pottery directly for a quote. Please contact The Pottery if you wish to have an item shipped outside of Canada.
Not all products are in stock at all times. This may cause a delay while your piece is being made. If this happens, you will be contacted directly with an updated shipping timeline. If the extended period is unworkable for you, please let us know and we will cancel your order with a full refund.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy with a piece you have bought from us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may ask you to send the piece back to us in its original packaging for a full refund. If a piece is broken or damaged during shipping, please let us know and we can send a replacement.
